Workflow Detail

To access the Workflow detail screen for an existing Workflow, click the title of the Workflow from the Active tab on the manage Workflows screen.

The top section of the page displays information about the overall Workflow:

       Project Manager: The Project Manager is assigned to the Workflow as defined in the Workflow template. With the appropriate permissions, this assignment can be changed. Type the name in this field and the system will return matching users.

       Account Manager: The Account Manager is defined at the customer level on Lender Staff.

       Due Date: The due date of the overall Workflow. This is calculated based on the duration set in the Workflow template. This field can be edited with the appropriate permissions.

       Status: Displays the current Workflow status. To change the status, select the desired value from the drop list. Selecting a status set to complete will close any remaining Tasks and archive the Workflow.

       Credit Action: Displays the title of the Credit Action associated with the Workflow, if any. With the appropriate permissions, this can be changed to any other Credit Action that exists in the customer record.

Click the Save Summary button to save any changes to the Workflow Summary section.

Note When you click the Save Summary button, the following spinner can briefly appear on your screen indicating that the Lending Cloud System is processing your request. You cannot perform any actions while this spinner is displayed.
