Activity Log

The Activity Log is an audit trail that provides a link to an audit report for the overall Workflow and displays all events related to the Workflow and the corresponding Tasks. As Tasks are completed or changed, they will write to the Activity Log. Access this by clicking the Activity Log button at the top of the Tasks section.

The events of the Workflow are captured in the order they occur. The user has the ability to move and sort columns by clicking on the column headings.

The Activity Log displays the following information about each entry:

•       Number: The Task number associated with the activity

•       Task: The Task name associated with the activity

•       User: The name of the user who performed the activity

•       Time: The date and time stamp of each action

•       Action: The description of the action
