Tasks Menu

Tasks are a key part of the Lending Cloud workflow. Use the features on the Tasks menu to establish how to use tasks in Lending Cloud.

 

Set Task Defaults

The defaults for My Tasks and All Tasks reflect how you want these features to function. By choosing the Open or Completed radio buttons, you are indicating which type of task should appear by default. Next, determine the day range for each group of tasks. Click Save & Stay before continuing.

 

Find/Replace User Tasks

You can maintain tasks with the Find/Replace User Tasks feature. Locate the task you want to replace and locate the task you want to replace it with.

 

All Tasks

You can modify the status of tasks as needed. You can choose the bank staff you want to assign a task to by clicking on the Assigned To Name link. You can also assign a task to a customer with the Customer Name link. Enter a task and progress description. Apply an exception as needed and apply a time-frame. In the Location area, you can even assign tasks to staff located in other branches.

 

My Tasks

You can also manage your own tasks using the My Tasks feature.

 

Batch Letters

Lending Cloud provides the ability to create batch letters for use in documenting the loan approval process without having to go outside the system to create a letter in another word-processing software program like Microsoft® Word. Click here to learn more.
