Custom Forms
Each Task may have an associated Custom Form. These forms are used to capture additional information about the process or the Task. If a Custom Form is present, a document icon will display to the right of the Task information. Click the document icon
to expand the Custom Form and fill in the available fields. Fields can be indicated as required by system administrators. If a field is required it will be marked with an asterisk. Required fields must be filled out prior to completing the Task.
