Credit Reports System Administration Settings
System administrators use the following settings to enable the process for pulling credit reports within Lending Cloud.
Note If you have already set up this functionality through the Location / Department screen, refer to the following topics to make modifications to that information.
• Functionality Group Settings
As system administrators, you can also access the Credit Report Activity Log screen to view information about the credit report activity of your organization. Access this screen by selecting Portfolio Management > DecisionMgr > Credit Report > Activity Log. See DecisionMgr for more information about this screen.
Analyzing Data from Failed Credit Report Requests
Data element details from all requests for credit reports are stored in the Lending Cloud database. If a credit bureau report request fails, the additional details from the request will assist your researchers and Moody's Analytics Client Services & Support in working with Microbilt to determine why the report is not generating.
