Credit Report Setup

Take the following steps to set up credit report functionality for users.

1.    Select Defaults > Credit Report > Setup (Location/Department).

2.    On the Credit Report Setup screen, enter the appropriate information for the location that will use this feature. Include all information specific to the existing contracts you have with any reporting agencies. Depending on the credit bureaus you use, you must provide the following information to enable Lending Cloud to complete the setup:

The Lending Cloud Location Registration ID and the CR Password are provided by Moody's Analytics Client Services and Support. If you enable soft pulls of a credit report in the functionality settings, the Lending Cloud Location Registration ID Hard Pull and Lending Cloud Location Registration ID Soft Pull fields will be displayed. Lending Cloud Support provides IDs for both of these fields.

3.    Click the Save & Stay button.

4.  Select Defaults > Credit Report > Setup.

5.  On the Credit Report Setup screen, enter the appropriate information.

      Lending Cloud Registration ID—Lending Cloud Support provides the ID for this field.

      Status—Select Live when your users are ready to begin using the credit report functionality.

      Use Microbilt OFAC—Select this check box if your users will pull a separate OFAC report.

      Display Gen Info data at top of CR—Select this check box to display customers' general information at the top of the credit report.

6.  Click the Save & Stay button.
