Credit Report Functionality Group Settings

Permissions for users of the credit report functionality are set on your functionality groups.

To set up functionality groups

1.    Select Defaults > System Administration > Functionality Groups > (Your Functionality Group).

2.  In the menu on the left side of the Functionality Group screen, click the following menu options and then select the following check boxes for each option:

Defaults

Defaults->Credit Report

 

Defaults->Credit Report->Setup Location

This selection controls access to the Credit Report Setup screen where you add credit bureau information.

 

Defaults->Credit Report->Setup

This selection controls access to the Credit Report Setup screen where the registration ID and status information is set. 

 

Defaults->Credit Report->Soft Pull

This selection enables you to allow soft pulls of credit reports by users.

Customer Menu / Page Access

 

General

General->Credit Report

 

General->Credit Report->Add

This selection allows users to pull credit reports.

 

General->Credit Report->Delete

This selection allows users to delete credit reports.

 

General->Credit Report->View

This selection allows users to view credit reports.

 

General->Credit Report->Allow Merged

This selection allows users to pull a credit report which merges the information from multiple credit bureaus.

 

General->Credit Report->Allow Single

This selection allows users to pull a credit report for one credit bureau at a time.

 

General->Credit Report->Allow GUID

This selection is used by Lending Cloud for troubleshooting.

 

General->Credit Report->Copy From Locator

This selection allows a user to copy a pulled credit report for a customer record  to another record with the same tax ID.

3.    Click Save & Stay to save your changes and stay on the same screen or Save & Back to save and return to the previous screen.
