DecisionMgr measures the effectiveness of your credit scoring and risk rating (decisioning) system. The following categories are available for measurement.
The following options are available in this category.
Status
On the Credit Action Status screen, you can view the status of every credit action that is generated in the system. Before using the search features, select the information you want to see on this screen. Click the Column Select link in the upper-left corner of the screen to select the number of columns of information to show. Enter/select information in the fields and click the GO button to show the results.
Criteria Analysis
You can monitor the performance of your credit actions on the Credit Action Criteria Analysis screen. Enter/select information in the fields and click the GO button to show the results.
In addition to an aggregate total, Lending Cloud calculates the following information for the credit actions that were either accepted or declined.
Based upon the results, you can make any necessary adjustments to how your credit action forms perform over time.
The following options are available in this category.
Population Stability Report and Scorecard Effectiveness Report
The Population Stability Report and the Scorecard Effectiveness Report show comparisons between accepted and declined credit actions (Accepts and Declines) in your portfolio. The results are based upon the Scoring Type (Internal or Credit Report) and the Scoring Model (from credit report scores to certain ratios) that you establish in the Scoring & Rating models section of Defaults. You then establish score intervals for a specific time period in which you want the scoring type and scoring model data to appear. For example, you may want to see all credit reports, in score intervals of 25, that begin with a score interval of 550 and an end with an interval of 720. Click the GO button to create a table that shows the intervals and the number of accepts/declines at each interval.
Criteria Performance
You can monitor your credit score criteria performance on the Criteria Performance screen. Choose your criteria using links that display dialog boxes that contain the criteria made available by the system administrator. Enter the date time period that you want to view and click the GO button to show the results.
If you choose Internal data, the Model Performance screen appears. Select the scoring model data that you want to view. Because Lending Cloud allows you to set up your own overall score range in Defaults, the Interval fields feature is not required. Enter a time period and click the GO button. Choosing either the Credit Report or FICO from the Scoring Type menu will allow you to choose from the Scoring Model menu and the Interval fields are active. Typically, your interval time period is 0 to 800 for credit reports and 0 to 200 for FICO scores. You can have as many steps as you would like to see and, again, you will choose the time period for viewing this information. Clicking the GO button for any of the three scoring types will display the same accept and decline performance information described in the preceding reports sections.
Model Performance
You can monitor the performance of your credit scoring models on the Model Performance screen.
The accept and decline information for each element that makes up the scoring model you have selected appears on the screen.
The following options are available in this category.
Activity Log
On the Credit Report Activity Log screen, you can view all the credit bureau reports that have been pulled within Lending Cloud. You can search in specific time periods by using the Date From and Date To calendars. Select criteria and click the GO button to generate a list of existing reports.
In the Existing Reports area, you can access a specific customer record by clicking the appropriate link in the Customer column, or view the credit report for that customer by clicking the appropriate link in the Bureau column. The information on the existing reports shows the aggregate totals for each bureau, when the report was pulled on a customer, and who retrieved the report.
