All Tasks
This list contains all tasks in the system.
Note If your system administrator has provided faster access to this screen by not initially populating the All Tasks list, use one of the following options to execute a search for the retrieval of records.
The Workflow Setup - General Settings section provides system administrators with information about controlling initial population of the All Tasks list.
Following is a summary of functionality on the All Tasks screen.
• You
can search for tasks using any of the Search Filter fields.

and viewing, organizing, and exporting search results.
• To access the customer file, click the field in the Customer Name column.
• To access the workflow, click the field in the Workflow column.
• The Project Manager column displays the assigned project manager for the corresponding workflow.
• The Account Manager column displays the assigned account manager for the corresponding workflow.
The Start Date field provides you with a visual distinction between actual start dates and projected start dates.
Actual start dates appear as black text, which indicates that the task is active and work can proceed. These dates appear in the list when you select All or Active in the Status field of the Search Filter.
Projected start dates appear as gray text, which indicates that the task is not yet active. In such cases, the activation date is a future date or there is a dependency that must be met before work on the task can proceed. These dates appear in the list when you select All or Upcoming in the Status field of the Search Filter.
