My Tasks

This list contains all tasks that are assigned to you.

Following is a summary of functionality on the My Tasks screen.

      You can search for tasks using any of the Search Filter fields.
See Workflow and Task List Searches for more information about searching for workflows and tasks, and viewing, organizing, and exporting search results.

       To access the customer file, click on the field in the Customer Name column.

       To access the workflow, click on the field in the Workflow column.

       The Project Manager column displays the assigned project manager for the corresponding workflow.

       The Account Manager column displays the assigned account manager for the corresponding workflow.

       To complete a task, click the radio button in the far-left column.

       To close a task, hover your cursor over the far-left column. Click the arrow icon that appears, and from the drop-down list select Skip.

The Start Date field provides you with a visual distinction between actual start dates and projected start dates.

Actual start dates appear as black text, which indicates that the task is active and work can proceed. These dates appear in the list when you select All or Active in the Status field of the Search Filter.

Projected start dates appear as gray text, which indicates that the task is not yet active. In such cases, the activation date is a future date or there is a dependency that must be met before work on the task can proceed. These dates appear in the list when you select All or Upcoming in the Status field of the Search Filter.
