Reports | Reports Setup

There are three key sections in Reports Setup screen. The first shown below is the setup section, in which you select the balance sheet and income/expense years you want included in your report. Click the date links displays a box which lists all the years you have already entered financial B.S. and I.E. data on. Click the dates you want included in your report in the order you want them to appear. For the income/expense data, click the check box above the applicable column to select the years to include in your average.
 

 

Click the Shift/Clear Dates link to change the order of the columns shifting them left or right, and flipping the order of the columns. Doing so will generate a pop-up window, in which you click the radio button for the desired result you want and click the Shift / Clear Dates link at the bottom. To clear all dates in the columns from the Shift All window, click the Clear All radio button, and then click the Shift / Clear Dates link at the bottom.

Balance Sheet Report Format & Analysis:

The second section of Report Setup screen allows you to set up how you want your reports to appear. Click the applicable radio buttons and check boxes to achieve the desired results for your balance sheet reports and how you want the data analyzed. Some features include the following:

 

Show the optional two column balance sheet in your reports.
 

Set the customer worksheets to Value.
 

Adjusted Value or Cost.
 

Choose to include or exclude footnotes on the Balance Sheet report, etc.

Print Comments Section:

At the bottom of the Reports Setup screen is an area of check boxes where you can choose to have any/all comments you have made in Lending Cloud included in your reports (example shown below). This information comes from any of the  Comments Icons you have used in Lending Cloud.

Whole Numbers, Nearest Thousands and Nearest Millions

At the top of the setup screen you can enter, show, and report numbers in Lending Cloud as whole numbers, nearest thousands and nearest millions. Click  Whole Numbers, Thousands and Millions for more information.

 

Attention Farm Credit Users:

There is a calculation feature in the bottom right corner of this screen with two radio buttons for you to choose to calculate the average or the actual amount for WC/AGI.
