Importing Personal Documents for Primary Contacts
Personal documents for the primary contact on a customer loan request
record can be imported from the MARQ™
portal. When you import multiple records using the Batch
Import process, any personal documents for a record's primary contact
are also imported. When you import a single record from the portal using
the import wizard, a step on the wizard enables you to import the primary
contact's personal documents.
Primary Contact's Personal Documents in a Batch Submission
After importing multiple new or existing records in a batch submission, access the stand-alone entity record for the primary contact on a record. The primary contact's personal documents are located in DMS (Attachments) in the MARQ Documents folder.
Primary Contact's Personal Documents in a Single Record Submission
After importing data for one new or existing record, you can view a list of the primary contact's personal documents in the primary contact's stand-alone entity record. When in the primary contact's entity record, access the import wizard.
The personal documents appear on Step 5 of the wizard. To import the personal documents and any other data, complete Step 5 and other applicable steps.
After importing, the primary contact's personal documents are located in
DMS (Attachments) in the MARQ Documents folder.
