Accessing Lending Cloud

You need one of the following web browsers to use the Lending Cloud software.

• Microsoft® Edge (Chromium)
  As of the 22.21 release, Lending Cloud is fully compatible with Edge browsers that use the Chromium engine. To determine whether your version of Edge includes Chromium, see To confirm that an Edge browser uses Chromium.  

• Google Chrome™
  As of the 21.31 release, Lending Cloud is fully compatible with current versions of Chrome. For information about setting up Chrome controls to aid Lending Cloud functionality, see the Configuring Google Chrome™ for Use with Lending Cloud guide.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer® 11
  Note   As of the 21.41 release, Moody's no longer supports Lending Cloud in Internet Explorer 11.  

To access the Lending Cloud software

1. Open your browser.

2. In the address bar, enter the Lending Cloud URL.

3. On the Sign In screen, enter your assigned User ID and Password.

4. Click the Sign In button to access Lending Cloud.

To confirm that an Edge browser uses Chromium

1. In Edge, click the horizontal ellipsis in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Help and feedback.

3. Select About Microsoft Edge.

4. In the About section, verify that the following message appears.
