Providing Feedback Via Net Promoter Score Surveys

Your feedback is important in providing Moody's Analytics with information about your satisfaction with Lending Cloud and other products. Moody's Analytics uses Net Promoter Score surveys to gather information related to client experiences and suggestions. The surveys are offered on a quarterly basis and are very brief.

After you log in to Lending Cloud, you will be presented with a pop-up window consisting of a single survey question and a text box for comments. Please complete and submit the survey.
