Workflow Functionality Group Settings

The following settings control permissions related to the Workflow module for users in functionality groups.

On the Locator page, take the following path from the Lending Cloud menu to access functionality groups:

Defaults > System Administration > Functionality Groups

Select the appropriate permissions for each group of users from the following options:

Options Available in Defaults Section

Defaults > System Administration > Users > Lending Staff Roles

 

This option enables users to modify the setup of lending staff roles. The Lending Staff option will appear in the Defaults menu.

Typically, this functionality is turned on for System
Administrators only.

Defaults > Workflow/Ticklers

This option enables users to set up workflows and ticklers at the default level. The menus for Workflow and Ticklers will appear in the Defaults menu.

Typically, this functionality is turned on for System Administrators only.

Options Available in Workflow (New) Section

Workflow (New) > Workflow

This option enables users to access the Workflow item on the Lending Cloud menu on the Locator page. The Workflow menu item provides access to selected Workflow and Task lists.

Workflow (New) > Workflow

These options provide users with access to searchable lists of Workflows, Tasks, and Queues that are associated with the user.

Workflow (New) > Workflow

These options provide users with access to searchable lists of all Workflows, Tasks, and Unassigned Tasks in the Lending Cloud system.


Options Available in the Tasks (New) Section

Tasks (New) > Tasks

This option provides users with access to the Tasks menu in customer records. This option is required to use the Workflow module.

Tasks (New) > Workflows

This option gives users access to the Manage Workflows page in customer records. This option is required to use the Workflow module.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Create Workflow

This option enables users to create new workflows in customer records.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Edit Workflow Status

This option enables users to change the status
of workflows. This option is required for users to close workflows.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Associate with Credit Action

This option enables users to do the following:

  • Associate a Workflow with a Credit Action when they create a Workflow

  • Add or change an associated Credit Action once the Workflow has been created.

 

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Edit Completion

This option enables users to complete or skip any task in any workflow.

Note:  Users can complete tasks which are
          assigned to them whether or not this option
          is enabled.

Typically, this is a manager/supervisor level permission.

 

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Edit Assignment

This option enables users to assign any user to any task or workflow as project manager.

Typically, this is a manager/supervisor level permission.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Edit Dates

This option enables users to do the following:

  • Add or change the due dates of any task or workflow

  • Change start dates of any task that has not already been started

Typically, this is a manager/supervisor level permission.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Edit Tasks

This option enables users to add new tasks to running workflows.


Tasks (New) > Workflows > Delete Workflow

 

This option enables users to permanently delete workflows.

Typically, this functionality is turned on for System
Administrators only.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Reset Workflow

 

 

This option enables users to reset workflows to the beginning state, as if the workflow was started on the day it was reset.

Typically, this functionality is turned on for System
Administrators only.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Workflow Comments

This option enables users to add comments at the workflow level.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Task Comments

This option enables users to add comments on individual tasks.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Report Settings

This option enables users to modify the tasks and other information that is included in the Workflow Detail report.

Tasks (New) > Workflows > Restart Task

 

This option enables users to restart tasks that are assigned to them and tasks that are assigned to other users. A restart could activate or deactivate other tasks depending on dependencies that exist between the tasks within the workflow.

 

Options Available in the General Section

General > Default Login Page

The selection from this drop-down list determines the initial page shown after users log in to the system. The Workflow options available are My Tasks and All Tasks.

Options Available in the eNotice Section

eNotice > Workflow (New)

This option enables users to send eNotices on tasks and workflows.
