Managing Ticklers
A Manage Ticklers page enables you to view, add, and edit a customer's Ticklers. To access this area, select a customer and go to:
Tasks > Manage Ticklers
The Tickler Summary area gives an overview of all the customer's Ticklers.
The Active Ticklers area displays a list of a customer's Ticklers which have passed their start date, but have not been completed. The Upcoming Ticklers area displays a list of the Ticklers that will begin at a future date.
The first column describes what actions the user is able to perform.
The Close button will mark the Tickler as complete and move it to the Archive tab.
The Claim button will assign the Tickler to the user.
The following fields display for each Tickler:
Title: The title of the Tickler
Start Date: The start date of the Tickler. On the start date, an upcoming Tickler will move to the Active Ticklers area.
Due Date: The due date of the Tickler.
Assigned To: The user assigned to the Tickler. If no specific user is assigned to the Tickler, the assignment method of the Tickler will be displayed.
Exception: Any exception noted for the Tickler. If none is present, Not Selected will be displayed.
The last four columns may display icons that indicate the following if they are present on the Tickler:

A custom form is present in the Tickler. Access the Tickler to view or edit this form. Note You can deactivate a custom form that is no longer attached to a Tickler. The system retains deactivated custom forms to maintain data integrity with historical records. See Deactivating and Retaining Tickler Custom Forms for information about deactivating a custom form and the actions that the system takes when a custom form is deactivated. |

Attachments have been added to the Tickler. |

Messages are present in the Tickler. Enter the Tickler to view and respond to the messages. |
