MARQ Portal Integration Functionality Group Settings

Permissions for users of MARQ™ portal integration module features are set on your functionality groups. 

To set up functionality groups

1.    Select Defaults > System Administration > Functionality Groups > (Your Functionality Group).

2.  In the menu on the left side of the Functionality Group screen, click the following menu options and then select the following check boxes for each option:

Locator

Locator->MARQ Score

This setting controls the ability of users to display the MARQ score in results of searches launched from the Locator screen.

File->Add New Customer->Search MARQ Repository

This setting controls the ability of users to search for customers on the MARQ portal.

Defaults

Defaults->Balance Sheet->Chart of Accounts->MARQ™ portal Models (read-only)

This setting controls the ability of users to modify MARQ
portal-related balance sheet models and choose a model other than the default model for the importing of financial statements.

Defaults->Income & Expense->Chart of Accounts->MARQ™ portal Models (read-only)

This setting controls the ability of users to modify MARQ
portal-related income/expense models and choose a model other than the default model for the importing of financial statements.

MARQ™ portal

MARQ™ portal

This setting controls the display of the MARQ™ portal category on the Lending Cloud menu.

MARQ™ portal->Notifications & Batch Import

This setting controls the display of the Notifications and Batch Import and Import History links under the MARQ™ portal category on the Lending Cloud menu and access to the related pages.

The check box for each field must be selected to provide access to the Batch Import feature.

Customer Menu / Page Access

 

File

File->Import MARQ Docs (Customer Level)

This setting controls the ability of users to import documents from the MARQ portal into DMS (Attachments).

General

General->General Information->Update from MARQ™ (button)

This setting controls the ability of users to update general information for a customer record that has already been imported from the MARQ portal.

General->Related Entities->Add

This setting controls the ability of users to import related entities from the MARQ portal.  

Balance Sheet

Balance Sheet->Trends Manager->Search MARQ Repository

This setting controls the ability of users to import financial statements from the MARQ portal. This setting must match the setting for the Inc / Exp->Trends Manager->Search MARQ Repository field.

Income / Expense

Inc / Exp->Trends Manager->Search MARQ Repository

This setting controls the ability of users to import financial statements from the MARQ portal. This setting must match the setting for the Balance Sheet->Trends Manager->Search MARQ Repository field.

Loans

Loans->Loan Balances Summary->Search MARQ Repository

This setting controls the ability of users to import new loan requests and existing debts from the MARQ portal.

3.  Click Save & Stay to save your changes and stay on the same screen, or Save & Back to save and return to the previous screen.
