On the Locator Settings screen (Defaults > Customize > Locator), you can change certain field names and the information that appears on the Locator screen.

Description |
Values that are shown on the Locator and/or Locator Search screen for a column/field to display/search. If the description can be user-defined, it will be an editable text box; otherwise the field is read-only. |
Search Results |
The Use check box identifying if the field appears on the Locator screen after you perform a search. If the field is always appears after the search, then the check box will be selected and unavailable. If the field never appears after a search, then the check box will not be selected and unavailable. If the field may or may not appear after a search, then the check box will be available. |
Locator |
The Use check box identifying if the field will appear on the Locator Search screen. If the field is always present, then the box will be selected and unavailable. If the field never appears, then the check box will not be selected and unavailable. If the field may or may not appear, then the check box will be available. |
