Use this screen to customize the following tabs on the Debt Schedule screen.
• Loan Detail
• Payment Info
• Loan Analysis
• Compliance
• Credit Relationship
Accessing the Debt Schedule Setup Screen
1. Select Defaults > Customize > System Settings to access the System Settings screen:
2. Click one of the following loan type links:
• Agriculture
• Commercial
• Personal
3. In the Enter Loan Information via field, ensure that the Loan Menu option is selected.
4. Click the Set Up Loan Detail link.
The Debt Schedule Setup screen appears. Use this screen for the following actions:
Customization Options
The changes you make apply to all users of the Debt Schedule screen. After you make changes, click either Save & Stay or Save & Back. You can also click Return to Default at the bottom of the screen to restore the original settings of the screen.
Field Availability
The standard fields for each of the customizable tabs appear on this screen. The following check boxes control the availability of fields on the Debt Schedule screens:
Note Some check boxes cannot be modified as they represent required information.

Suppress |
Use this check box to suppress the appearance of the field on the Credit Relationship tab if the user did not enter information in the field. This check box is only available when you select the Credit Pres. check box on this screen. |
In addition, each section contains two text boxes and two numeric fields that can be customized. You can type a title for each field and use the same check box controls that are available for the standard fields.
Field Placement
Move your pointer over the
left side of a field or a row of fields to display the icon.
Click and drag the icon to move the field or row to a different location
within the section. fields can be moved horizontally or vertically within
the section. Rows can be moved vertically within the section.
Credit Relationship Default Order
Set the predefined order of the loan category and grand total sections appearing on the Credit Relationship tab by selecting their positions in the drop-down lists. Users have the option to change the order on their screens.
Debt Schedule Loan Order
Set the order that loans are displayed on the Our Debt and Other Debt tabs. Choose one of the following options in the drop-down list:
• Loan Type—Current loans appear first followed by non-current loans. When sorted by loan type, the principal balance is the secondary sorting order.
• Principal Balance—Loans are sorted by principal balance. The drop-down list is preset to this option.
Default Wordpad
Each section on this screen has an Add Wordpad check box that, when selected, adds a Wordpad to the equivalent tab on the Debt Schedule screens of users. You can only add a Wordpad to one section or tab. The default Wordpad enables you to enter text that will appear on the Wordpad for each user.
