You can import customers' tax forms from the MARQ™ portal into Lending Cloud's Tax Forms functionality. Supported tax forms and schedules are automatically recognized and the appropriate tax form packages are created upon import. Tax forms for the years 2013 to 2017 are supported. Customers must be associated with the MARQ portal to use this feature.
Note Currently, only critical fields on the forms are imported. The ability to import all fields will be available with a future release of Lending Cloud.
The new Upload From MARQ button appears on the Tax
To upload PDF tax forms
1. Click the Tax Forms menu option.
2. On the Tax Forms screen, click the Upload From MARQ button.
3. On the Import Tax Forms dialog box, click the check boxes next to any tax forms you wish to upload.
4. Click the Import button.
The form has been added as a tax package on the Tax Forms screen. Refer to Managing Existing Tax Packages for more information.
Note Existing tax forms are not overwritten when importing identical forms. Duplicates are created for each identical form that is imported with an incremented number added to each description.
