Identifying Financial Statements with Less Than Twelve Months of Data

Lending Cloud notifies you when financial statements that can be imported from the MARQ™ portal might not contain 12 months of data. Following is an example of Step 3 - Import Spreads of the import wizard that displays a financial statement file that likely contains less than 12 months of data. A message after the financial period identifies the statement.   

After you import financial statements, the system continues to attach a message to the statements that might not contain 12 months of data. These statements are identified on many different pages in the Balance Sheet and Income/Expense areas. Following is an example of a statement on the Balance Sheet & Income/Expense Trends Manager page with the Balance Sheet tab selected:

The statement is also identified when you select the Income/Expense tab.
