Associating Existing Customers with the MARQ Repository

Customers in the Lending Cloud application that are not yet associated with a record in the MARQ repository are associated with it to enable synchronization of information.

To associate a customer with the MARQ repository

1.  Select General > Associate with MARQ.

The Edit MARQ Association screen appears with a shortened version of the customer name in the Company Name field. If the MARQ repository contains financial information for the customer, the customer should appear in the search results. If there are no results, you will need to re-enter a variation of the company name and click Search, or confirm that the customer uploaded financial information to the MARQ portal.

2.    In the Search Results area, in the Action column, click the Set Association link.

When you set the association, the option on the General menu changes to Edit MARQ Association. In addition, subsequent searches for the customer indicate that the customer is associated with the MARQ repository, and the Set Association link changes to Access Customer Record.

When you have associated a customer with the MARQ repository, the customer's MARQ score appears in the list of search results on the Locator screen.
