Common Browser Mistakes to Avoid

Your Web browser is a software application, and therefore, performs specific functions based upon various keyboard strokes and mouse clicks. The following are some of the functions you should know:
 

• Is the page you are trying to print in Lending Cloud cut off on the right and/or bottom? To control the margins of the browser page, click the browser's (not Lending Cloud's) File | Page Setup menu items and reduce the top/right/left/bottom margin sizes until the entire page will show.
   

• Click Ctrl+N to open a new browser window. Since you are already in Lending Cloud, this new window will show the Locator Screen. The initial window you were in still appears behind the new window and this can cause you to think the Locator Screen has closed. When in doubt, look at the task bar to see if more than one instance of Lending Cloud is open.
   

• Click Ctrl+W to close the currently active browser window.
   

• Click Ctrl+R to refresh the currently active browser window. Be sure to save the page that is open before refreshing the window or you will lose any new data. Other REFRESH functions are the F5 key and the mouse right-click menu that shows a REFRESH menu item.
