A new eNotice to be sent from a workflow or a workflow task includes a link that enables recipients to access the item in the customer record. No extra setup is required to use this feature, which functions in a manner similar to the linking that exists in eNotices from other Lending Cloud areas.
Note To
access a workflow or a workflow task via the link in an eNotice, a recipient
must possess the appropriate access rights in Lending Cloud.
To Send an eNotice with a Link to a Workflow
1. Access the customer record.
2. Navigate to Manage Workflows.
3. Select the appropriate workflow.
4. Select eNotice. The system opens a new eNotice. The message section of the eNotice contains a link to the workflow in the customer record.
5. Enter a message, which is required for the system to send the eNotice.
6. Send the eNotice. If additional text is not included, the eNotice will not be sent.
Upon receipt of the eNotice, the recipient (if assigned the appropriate
access rights) can click the link to access the workflow.
To Send an eNotice with a Link to a Workflow Task
1. Access the customer record.
2. Navigate to Manage Workflows.
3. Select the appropriate workflow.
4. In the workflow, select the appropriate task.
5. Select eNotice. The system opens a new eNotice. The message section of the eNotice contains a link to the workflow task in the customer record.
6. Enter a message, which is required for the system to send the eNotice.
7. Send the eNotice. If additional text is not included, the eNotice will not be sent.
Upon receipt of the eNotice, the recipient (if assigned the appropriate access rights) can click the link to access the workflow task.
