Providing eNotices with Links to Ticklers

A new eNotice to be sent from a tickler includes a link that enables recipients to access the tickler in the customer record. No extra setup is required to use this feature, which functions in a manner similar to the linking that exists in eNotices from other Lending Cloud areas.

Note  To access a tickler via the link in an eNotice, a recipient must possess the appropriate access rights in Lending Cloud.

To Send an eNotice with a Link to a Tickler

1. Access the customer record.

2. Navigate to Manage Ticklers.

3. Select the appropriate tickler.

4. Select eNotice. The system opens a new eNotice. The message section of the eNotice contains a link to the tickler in the customer record.

5. Enter a message, which is required for the system to send the eNotice.

6. Send the eNotice. If additional text is not included, the eNotice will not be sent.

Upon receipt of the eNotice, the recipient (if assigned the appropriate access rights) can click the link to access the tickler.
