Data Mgr Data Dictionary

Data Mgr is in a standardized format across all customers. Fields are named and grouped intuitively by subject area. This standardization enables the creation of reports that can be used by all customers and the potential for analysis across all customers. Because of standardization, it is possible that a field in Data Mgr may not have the same name typically used in Lending Cloud by your institution. For example, if you are looking for Social Security Number, you will instead find it called Tax ID in the Client Info subject area.

Desired fields can be found by first determining a likely subject area (for example, Client Info), then browsing for a likely field (for example, Tax Id). The Excel dictionary attached to below provides a searchable way to find Data Mgr subject areas (tables) and fields (columns). The Tables tab shows a list of subject areas available in Data Mgr. The Columns tab contains a list of all fields available in Data Mgr.

If you search Data Mgr and do not find the fields that you are looking for, please contact Moody's Analytics Client Services & Support. They should either be able to find the fields or initiate a request to add the fields to Data Mgr with a future Lending Cloud release.

The Excel dictionary accessed via the link below provides guidance for clarifying information found in Data Mgr. The dictionary also shows data types and database friendly names that may be desirable in creating Data Definition Language (DDL) in your non-hosted environment.

There are two tabs in the Excel dictionary titled Tables and Columns. 

Tables

The Tables tab shows whether a subject area is available via Data Mgr. This tab has data in the following columns:

·  Row Labels (table names)

·       Count of Field Name (fields in Data Mgr)

Columns

The Columns tab contains the following columns defining fields that can be found in Data Mgr. 

·       Table Name

·       Field Name

·       Data Type
